BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is a sweaty conditioning class that changes every week. During a Bootcamp workout, you can expect a combination of cardio, bodyweight exercises (like pullups, pushups, lunges, and crunches), and light weights, as well as drills and sprints – often based on circuit training, AMRAPs, EMOMs, ladders, Crossfit-style workouts.
